INTEC thermal oil heaters are used to supply process heat to production systems in almost all industry sectors.
Our customers’ local conditions largely determine the design of the heat transfer oil heater. All construction methods, whether horizontal, vertical with downward or upward firing or electrically heated, are at the highest technical level and have been used in large numbers around the world for a long time.
INTEC carries out a risk analysis for all thermal oil heaters. The safety equipment, including sensors, logic and actuators, complies with DIN 4754 parts 1-3. This is equivalent to a SIL-2-version.
